Spent Christmas in Pahalgam and it was magical. the rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, with electric blankets and hot water available all day. the location was perfect, walking distance to the main market and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. the hotel also had a lovely garden where we enjoyed our breakfast and evening tea.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow which was disappointing. the staff on our departure day were pushy for tips, which detracted from an overall positive experience.

Amazing place to stay with an excellent location in the heart of the market. Everything is easily accessible. The hotel is newly built, so everything from furniture to fixtures is brand new. The heated beds were a life-saver during the cold weather. The morning tea was prepared exactly as per our timing. Wi-Fi connectivity was great, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only issue we faced was the water supply in the washroom. Apparently, this is a common problem in all hotels in the area during winter.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main market area, providing easy access to shopping and other amenities. the rooms are spacious and well, decorated, with all the necessary furniture. the bathroom is well, equipped and clean, with a geyser available throughout the day. the hotel offers a beautiful view of the mountains from the garden, facing rooms on the first floor. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests' needs are taken care of.
The behavior of some staff members, particularly on the day of departure, was a bit disappointing.
